Pink with Black Polka Dots SCE and SOE + Freebie

This set contains 1 SCE wrapper (no transparency) and 1 SOE wrapper that is transparent for adding a picture. I am also adding a plain SOE wrapper as a freebie incase you don't want to put a picture on the wrapper. (wrapper is not in the preview but it is added in the zip file).
